Jana Machatová, a jeweller, and Peter Machata, a sculptor/jeweller, are bringing their current work to Galéria Čin Čin. Anything private and public, nostalgic and engaged marches in Jana Machatová’s narrative photographs. From now on, memory is the main theme, expanded by own story and comments with a critical subtext. And this time, Peter Machata presents yet another private sphere – marriage. He articulates its sign, wedding rings, by direct connection with a body, as casts of fingers, joint in conjugal “boxes” and parted like individual relics/reliquaries.
