"Can there be anyone more practical than a man who has no goods to take care about? I think that due to the fact that I live from day to day and I've got no possession, I am more free than a bird."

Ladislav Mednyánszky

I created the collection of clothes as a reaction to the life of my grandfather, Anton Hanšut. I tried to put together all disparate elements and references from his life. I'm interested in contrasts between humans' public behaviours and their private demeanors. I borrow parts of house clothes and apply them into a new, sophisticated view. In them, I mirror the atmosphere and colourfulness of my grandfather's pictures he never displayed. It was my impulse to show his heritage in my clothes.
