The tropics of everyday life

Most of what we experience in life is the everyday. In it we are confronted with regularity, repetition, banality, time that is running out. On the way out of stereotypes, a new memory trace, an experience, is created. The exhibition Tropics of the Everyday is also conceived as a trip, as a journey to a temporary tropical garden, where instead of monuments or exotic birds, you will come across the works of selected contemporary designers whose work is worth watching. In the temporary garden, there are wild neons on minimalist plinths side by side, a mysterious clock object that captures the changing moments of the day, captivatingly exotic glazes, conceptual musings on value, fragrance, occult objects and jewellery, constructions that replicate nature to a certain extent. From the gardens, it's only a small step into space. And that is a huge exoticism.
